Founder • Creative Director
For nearly 15 years, Tami has built her career with the Government of Canada, developing expertise in leadership, operations, technology, and innovation. At the same time, she founded Ballöom, establishing the brand within Montreal’s event design industry through an extensive portfolio of luxury celebrations, corporate events, and brand activations. While her professional career was grounded in structure, Ballöom became her creative playground: a place to imagine, experiment, build, and transform ideas into experiences. She oversaw every stage, from concept and design to production and installation.
Little Agency Co. grew at the intersection of those two worlds: the creativity of event design and the structure, technology, and systems thinking of her professional career.
It began with solutions Tami created for her own event business. At a time when these kinds of tools were not yet available to the industry, she developed the mockups, presentation tools, and digital systems she wished existed in her own creative process, introducing a new way for event professionals to visualize, present, and sell their ideas. Those early innovations became the foundation of Little Agency Co. and a growing collection of tools now designed to help balloon artists, event planners, and designers present their work beautifully, strengthen their brands, and simplify the work happening behind the scenes.
Creativity extends beyond business, from Tami’s love of design, visual arts, and music to the causes she cares about. Over the years, she has supported charitable collaborations, environmental initiatives, and animal welfare through donated event installations, planting trees with every sale, choosing animal-free and recyclable materials for her studios, and advocating for the welfare of Montreal’s carriage horses. Across each of these worlds, the philosophy remains the same: lead with kindness, create with intention, and leave things a little better than you found them.

Before Little Agency Co., there was Ballöom; a luxury event design studio recognized for creating unforgettable celebrations across Montreal. From elegant weddings and corporate events to large-scale installations and charitable initiatives, every project was guided by one belief: exceptional design creates lasting experiences. As the business evolved, so did our vision.
We realized the tools, systems, and creative resources developed behind the scenes were just as valuable as the events themselves. Today, Little Agency Co. empowers balloon artists, event planners, wedding professionals, and creative entrepreneurs with thoughtfully designed digital tools that simplify workflows, strengthen branding, and elevate client presentations.
