As the founder of Ballöom, Tami built one of Montreal's most recognized luxury event design studios, producing corporate activations, brand experiences, luxury wedding installations, galas, fundraisers, product launches, media events, and bespoke celebrations. From concept development and client presentations to production and on-site installation, every project was thoughtfully managed from beginning to end. Those years of hands-on industry experience became the foundation of Little Agency Co.
Today, through Little Agency Co., she creates premium event presentation tools and templates, educational resources, and business solutions that help event planners, wedding professionals, balloon artists, and creative entrepreneurs deliver exceptional client experiences long before their special celebration.
Beyond the creative world, she brings nearly 15 years of experience with the Government of Canada, leading teams, managing operations, and exploring innovative ways to improve processes through technology.
In addition to business, Tami is passionate about creating meaningful impact. Throughout her career, she has supported charitable organizations, advocated for animal welfare and environmental initiatives, and explored creative pursuits, such as interior design and the release of her 2026 single, Heart Over Mind.
Her mission is simple: to lead with kindness, create with purpose, and leave every person, every project, and every community a little better than she found them.

Before Little Agency Co., there was Ballöom; a luxury event design studio recognized for creating unforgettable celebrations across Montreal. As the business evolved, so did our vision.
We realized the tools, systems, and creative resources developed behind the scenes were just as valuable as the events themselves. Today, Little Agency Co. empowers balloon artists, event planners, wedding professionals, and creative entrepreneurs with thoughtfully designed digital tools that simplify workflows, strengthen branding, and elevate client presentations.
